made myself a purple smoothie contains Blackberries (which I mashed and strain to remove those pesky little seeds) then froze in ice molds w/ a tiny bit of water lol, Banana, Natural Peanut Butter, Organic Vanilla Soymilk. Thank God for the PB and the Soymilk b/c they provided all the calories and protein. lol wish I could use protein powder but I can’t until further notice >.< SCD
